One of my favorite activities to keep toned and in shape is Yoga. After the birth of my son, there was no time to do anything much less practice Yoga. But now that he's older and I have more free time I'm interested in starting up again. I guess the universe must agree with my idea because I recently received an email introducing me to Manduka, creator of high performance yoga gear.
